You are able to reserve a baby with a deposit & can make interest free payments as your baby grows. The amount of the deposit & payments varies depending on the price of the bird, and is non-refundable unless the baby becomes unavailable. Putting down a deposit on a baby constitutes acceptance of these terms. No exceptions. We have to enforce this because when you reserve your baby, we no longer offer him to other prospective owners, and miss opportunities to sell him. Plus, we have probably spent quite a bit of time with you either on the phone or answering questions via email. A parrot is a long term commitment and we are happy to help you make the right choice for your family. New owners are welcome & encouraged to visit their baby. If you are too far to visit we can keep you updated with emails and photographs. We offer DNA testing to determine the sex of your baby for $30. All birds sell with a full health guarantee.
